We accept exchanges if they are place by e-mail to email@example.com and in a maximum of 30 days after the purchase (invoice date).
In the e-mail you should indicate the reasons of the exchange and wait for instructions to send it to us. You have a maximum of 30 days to return the products.
These products should be returned with no sign of use (unused), in their original package and with the respective invoice and motive of return.
To prevent misplacements, all exchanges should be sent in a registered mail to the following address: SUMMER MELODIES, LDA - PRACETA GOMES EANES DE ZURARA LOTE 103G, 3º ESQ.
The costs of returning an item are costumer’s responsibility and we do not accept paid upon delivery.
In case of exchange, if we do not have the product intended available anymore, we will provide the costumer with a voucher containing the same value as the purchase.
All vouchers created by NYOS for exchanges have a 1 year expiration date.

Which personal information we collect and how do we do that?
NYOS collects personal information in various ways: whenever you place an order, buy a gift card or register in a service available by NYOS. When you register, you are giving consent to the collection and storage of your personal data. You are also representing that you are at least the age of majority in your state, country or province of residence. Whenever you place an order, we have to storage personal data, which may include name, e-mail address, telephone number, your house address, shipping address and billing address so we can process the shipping of your products.
Costumer credit card details are never shared with other identities and are just used to process your order through our payment partner system. Additionally, we can obtain information through authenticity validation or identity. In some cases we may ask for your phone number to be given to our carrier.
